Inspection of the SWPPP previously submitted for the Cordillera development (ESC14-00059) did find that the pool and pool house are located within the permitted area of disturbance and on the ESC site map.
Drop inlets in parking lot will keep filter protection in during work. Trackout will be swept. Dirt from the pool will be stockpiled on the open land (same owner) to the east which will be a new phase and covered under seperate permit with new SWPPP and site map.
Approved. Plan review to be changed to pass.
