Per ACHD: Dewatering is taking place, traveling through silt fence and down ditch. Extremely turbid water. Also, a site prep inspection was required, which was not called in Contractor has 3 settling ponds set up that they are discharging into. Due to the high level of groundwater, pumped water doesn't have enough time of settle out before discharging into a ditch. Correction: 1.) Set primary well point to draw down groundwater level 2.) Place 5 clean gravel check dams inside the ditch to slow velocity and aid sediment drop out. Contractor began making changing immediately
