(STARBUCKS) Major interior remodel of an existing Starbucks store. The remodel includes but is not limited to new lighting, new interior and exterior furniture, and new cafe finishes and ceiling treatment. The remodel also includes a reconfigured back bar with new and reused equipment. The existing workroom will remain untouched and the restrooms will receive new finishes only with all existing equipment and items to remain. New garage door to be installed on the east facade and replace the current storefront system. A new trellis with heaters and lighting will be added to the exterior seating area.
