Site walk through conducted with GC and RP. Initial site excavation of some boulders is permitted under grading permit. Site is large with many boulders that will remain onsite. Large acre parcel, main BMP will be maintaining the natural vegetaion as a buffer, whihc is the plan.

A common driveway will be constructed off of Ridge Point and will serve as the vehicle tracking pad/construction entrance once home building commences.
