WIP at North Pointe commercial. Access road is now paved, so no trackout outside of developement. Private storm drains onsite have sediment protection and they are trying to keep construction traffic off permeable pavers.

No discharges offsite, no fugitive dust issue. Saxton and State street are in decent condtion. Need to removal old boards in gutter that were used for a temporary ramp.

Trackout onto Saxton occuring due alternate entrance being used while access road is being installed. Significant amount of mud on Saxton. Curb cut inlet drops into intercepter but cannot be fitted with filter fabric or other BMP without causing roadway hazard or flooding.

Will request rock entrance once snowy conditions allow. No major trackout, no discharges offsite.

Roadway this afternoon. Ramp was completely frozen earlier in week and could not be moved.

Some turbid runoff in gutter. DI has filter bag and discharges to sand window installed as part project SW infrastructure. No connection to MS4-river.

Will check monday for conditions, too wet to sweep currently.

Follow up inspection for North Pointe Retail...

No significant trackout from site and no discharges from site.

Site still needs to conduct sweeping on State Street and remove the temporary ramp over the curb to job trailer.

Streets have still not been able to be paved...

Trackout complaint and mention of lack of BMPs

DIs have sediment sack installed on both sides of Saxton at State Street. Construction entrance is not effectively preventing trackout.

Correction issued to remove compacted gravel & dirt access ramp and install stabilized rock entrance to access Radix job trailier. Road into site worked on by Knife River is scheduled to be paved first week of December, so will allow sweeping of significant trackout until then instead of installation of angular rock entrance . Once paved, Radix will install construction entrance off the new road.

Site perimeter along State Street is in process of being stabilized as well as road and stormwater improvements. See also ESC15-00894 and ESC15-00504 (main Kensington/North Pointe 22 acre disturbance permit)

Will reinspect next Tuesday.
