RP to install new drain rock and prohibit all non-essential traffic into site until new approach and asphalt to be installed mid April.

Trackout reported from yesterday was swept. Inlet down gradient from entrance area has sediment filter bag properly installed.
Verbal correction request to RP:
- repost new ESC permit sign on SWPPP board
- improve construction entrance trackout controls:
i.e. lengthen entrance distance, turn over existing rock, add angular rock chunks, wheel brooming and regular cleaning of sidewalk apron
Will check on entrance improvements next week.
