Walked site, ground is hard and only a lift moving around site. Masons have saw for cutting blocks, probably source of dust, not in use at time of inspection. Site is dirty around mortar mixer. Did not see foreman while on site, no one was in trailer.

Discussed with onsite manager Mark to request water truck for dust control for forklift moving around site. He stated water truck will be in use this afternoon.

Preconstruction conference for demolition and new build project for CVS. No silt fence perimeter required, site retains stormwater.

Will install sediment bags on Cole where construction access will be. Asphalt to be preserved. Permit sign on site. Approved for construction. First phase is demolition.
