This permit includes but is not limited to the following to construct the footings, foundation, concrete columns, podium and concrete superstructure for the future Hotel and Parking Garage. Scope of work shall include new concrete footings, foundation walls, concrete slab-on-grade, concrete shear walls, concrete columns, post-tensioned concrete parking garage slabs, hotel podium, associated site work, stub in utilities and some landscaping. ITD & ACHD Streetscape work to be reviewed by other agencies as associated with this permit request.
