Loose trash is visible around site including water bottles, cans, styrofoam, construction material wrappings. Wind blown trash in grasses & weeds across the street and downhill from site.
Corrections needed:
- pick up all loose trash around site, on the adjacent lot downhill from site, in backyard, all around culdesac being used for staging. Pick up trash across the street along sidewalk from the fire hydrant up.
- scoop up piles of dumped washout and stucco, escially on lower adjacent lot. Sweep sidewalk and gutter where there is dirt/trackout visible.
Follow up inspection Tuesday PM. Notified RP, he stated trash will be picked up tomorrow. Follow up inspection scheduled.

Concrete washout from retaining wall/driveway work dumped on ground . No concrete washout pit or container provided. Located next to culdesac sidewalk above site.
Clean up before Tuesday July 9 AM and provide washout container for remaining remain rinsing/washing needs.
Failure to comply will result in investigation fee and trade inspection parcel hold. Follow up scheudled.

Unserviced and overflowing trash bin caused windblown trash to be blown around culdesac and surrounding slopes during wind storm.
Correction:
- all construction trash around Win Hollow needs to be picked up. This is the only active site with a trash structure, so all trash must be assumed to be from the site
- get trash box serviced, relocate inside garage or increase frequency of service, provide a tarp or board to cover during periods of inactivity.
