Site meeting with RP for Red Oak. They will be building all lots in The Avenues sub. Subdivsion infrastructure is complete, storm drains have sediment bags installed.

Reviewed ESC rules regarding:
-post permit sign
- contain construction and employee trash
- provide lined concrete washout above ground or below grade
- sweep up track out, restrict parking to street only and construction traffic should use Woodcreek to exit site.

Approved for construction.
