Copper River Energy river bank repair projects. 3 seperate sites, West Parkcenter Bridge, Julia/Davis - BSU site, Americana tunnel site (north side of river). Work between December - April. During active construciton, all sites must have stabilized access or measures to prevent trackout to roads, pathways, or parking areas. Rip rap staging will occur at 444 W Parkcenter site, additional stockpiling and trackout controls may be necessary. No concrete work, no concrete washout. Monitor river for turbidity during in river work and disturbance, if visible plumes above 50 NTU river background are observed, work technique and/or BMP changes are required. No fueling next to river, equipment using biodegradable, low toxicity hydraulic fuels. Geotextile installation must follow manufacturer specs and installation details. Post ESC permit sign when sites are active. Site preparation/pre-construction meeting REQUIRED. See CFH18-00104-105 for other approvals and permit documents.
