Building exterior work almost completed. Site is all fenced off, no one can drive off road onto lot. One entrance and has gravel. No trackout, no loose trash.
Tates does park in mud on there side of road.

Met with Mike the foreman at site. Will watch for mud when rain starts and clean streets as needed. I suggested a man walkway and boot brush to avoid boot track, workers parking on street throughout neighborhood.
Washout is full and need to be replaced.

Pad has been poured, large washout on site. Entance leading to job trailer, parking along Eugene is bare dirt. Eugene has been recently swept. Wattles installed along State st and the western edge. No workers on site at time of inspection.

Work started without prep inspection
Wattle along perimeter, slightly trenched with stakes every 5 feet. Di bags in inlet. They brought a water truck for excavation, very close to coffe frive through. Wattle along Fargo was removed during excavation. No construction entrance, very little room and parking will be an issue.
