Ada County Sheriff would like to add a standalone exterior cooler / freezer inside their existing
property yard. This construction project consists of the following scope of work: remove approximately 1000 s.f. asphalt and about 500 s.f. grass area to place new 4” concrete slab for the cooler / freezer to sit on. There is an existing chain-link fence surrounding the existing property yard that will be modified to encompass the new additional area. The cooler/freezer is 16' long x 16' wide and 9' high. It a premanufactured unit that is assembled on site and set on the concrete. It will have its own small condensing unit next to it. There are also minor interior electrical modifications to serve exterior units.
