To remodel interior by increasing the clean room area & relocate the access stairs to the lower level clean room mechanical / air return; relocate return air chases in clean room; expand the assembly fabrication area into the previous lunch / breakroom / office / restroom areas; relocate D/I Plan Filter Wall and double doors / infill wall opening; add BCF Room; relocate and upgrade fire sprinkler for needs & code compliance including suspended ceiling system. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. All sprinkler work per UFC 1997, BCO, Fire Department requirements. Installation shall conform to related NFPA adopted pamphlets. THE NEW ADDITION(S) TO THE NORTH AND CONNECTION BETWEEN BUILDINGS 455 & 456 WITH ANY INTERIOR WORK SHOWN ON ANY PLANS ARE NOT PART OF THIS PROJECT SCOPE.
