Vanaucker Warehouse - To install a new fire alarm system to provide required offsite sprinkler monitoring in a new shell building. This is a new, fully sprinklered, 38,400 sq. ft, warehouse, shell building, with sprinkler monitoring required under the building shell permit (BLD00-01341). Separate tenant improvement building permits are required for occupancy of the building. Any alarm modifications associated with tenant improvements, such as fire smoke dampers, and HVAC systems requiring smoke detector shut off per UMC 608, will require a separate Fire Alarm Permit and approval.
