Description
Vista Inn - To extend the existing fire alarm system into a new addition built under BLD00-02437. To include MFA's, in-duct smoke detectors for HVAC shutdown, area smoke detectors in the rated corridor, and at the door on the existing hotel side for door hold-open release. A new NAC panel will power the strobes in this area; horns and all initiating devices to be powered from the main FACP.
The Bldg permit is to add 6,092 sq. ft to the southeast corner of the existing motel; extend existing area separation wall across corridor and to the exterior wall. This will be an A3/200 occupancy/load. Note this portion of the building is sprinklered for 1-hour substitution and the motel area is sprinklered for area increase.
