(BOURBON STREET) Fire sprinklers substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction of the building. To create a 2,763 square foot bar/lounge tenant space on the first floor of an existing historic building. Work is to include three restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, a 1-hr fire-resistive corridor, mezzanine addition per approved drawings on file. This tenant space is connected to the adjacent "Big Easy" tenant space through a 2-hr area separation wall. The existing 2-hr area separation wall shall be maintained.
