The remaining available space is for future expansion which will require a separate permit to occupy. Work is comprised to design sprinkler coverage to include new restrooms, new bathing rooms, new interior walls, structural roof support/curbs for new HVAC rooftop units, new mechanical for new rooftop units access floor system with ramps, new suspended ceiling, one-hour occupancy separation for battery room per 1997 Fire Code.
