BOMBAY BTS * To remodel the existing fire sprinkler system for two tenant spaces and create one 3,257 ft/2 retail space for a new tenant, per approved plans on file. Work to include, removal of the existing tenant demising walls, the entire storefront, existing ceiling system, two restrooms and all interior finishes. New work to include, new storefront, one new restroom, installation of a new suspended ceiling system, construction of a nonbearing noncombustible partition, installation of 10'-0" and 12'-0" high movable storage shelving system, new exit access system to connect with existing corridor. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered and has a smoke control system. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as installed under the 1985 UBC. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per the UFC, BCO, installed per NFPA 13-1999, all as regulated by the fire department. Building permit is: BLD00-02725.
