Work to include selective demolition of interior walls; removal of portion of existing roof structure to raise the roof elevation w/ new structure, above the new computer room; construction of interior walls to form offices, accessibility upgrades throughout; to upgrade exterior walls at North & East to 1-hour construction w/ protected openings / penetrations & rated parapets; new exterior wall finish; install new "Class C" roof covering system, drainage and parapet screen on South & West walls, with new RTU HVAC equipment & support structure; and interior refurbishment of ceiling, wall & floor finishes w/ electrical, plumbing, mechanical & sprinkler /alarm systems upgrades.
