*HOME FEDERAL S&L* W/I Wal-Mart Super Center. To add light hazard fire sprinklers in a an existing 695 ft/2 area for use by a bank tenant, inside the Wal-Mart store. This project is located on the south wall in front of the checkstands. This work shall be per approved plans on file, UFC, BCO and NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. This work is related to tenant work with removal of 32 feet of non-bearing wall to a height of 9' above finish floor. Remaining bulk head above 9" to remain for a soffit. Also included in related work is the construction of framed walls to create a private office, reception / service area, security room and the public lobby open to Wal-Mart; to frame the soffits & install suspended ceiling grid system w/ fixtures. Alarm system per code and compatible with Wal-Mart Supercenter existing components. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered with 60" of open yard / public space all around to qualify as unlimited area building. A "CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY" IS REQUIRED BEFORE THIS TENANT SPACE CAN BE USED OR OCCUPIED. *JWA*
