This facility has 2 separate dry systems (which exceed volume limitation and are required to meet the 60 second water flow response time). Both systems are designed for .30/2600-ft/2 w/high temperature heads (required) with 96 ft/2 maximum spacing per head spacing. Offices are designed for Light Hazard. Contractor called and said the (new) FM approved DPV was shipped from Israel. Questioned me if their hold up on sprinklers would hold up a BLD. My answer was "no", not if they show continuing work to get it finaled.

Talked to Trent (Shilo) and told him he has 30 days to complete the work; he said they have delays in communication with the maker of the new valve; he is due back in town next Wednesday and will provide info on the valve to Bill Alexander; I asked about the trip times and he said that at 21 psi it takes 1:08 and at 17 psi it takes 57 seconds
