Conservatory Apartments - To replace an existing, defective FAC panel with a new alarm panel and reconnect all existing devices. The new manual and automatic alarm system will include required offsite monitoring of all sprinkler flow switches and valves, manual pulls, smoke detectors in all common exit passageways which includes sprinkler monitoring, a/v devices in all common areas and mini-horns in all apartment units. Plans show all devices to be connected to the new panel. Since no distinction is made between new and existing devices, and cut sheets are included for all devices, it is assumed that all devices are new.
