Covenant Presbyterian Church - To replace an existing fire alarm system with a new fire alarm system in an existing building and new addition. The system will include required offsite monitoring of the sprinkler system, a required manual alarm system with full building a/v annunciation, and monitoring of duct detectors for HVAC shutdown. The building permit (BLD01-00144) is to construct a 6,046 sq. ft. one story addition for a Sanctuary which is separated with a two-hour area separation wall and a 672 sq. ft. one story addition to the existing building for restrooms, expansion of parking lot, addition of fire sprinkler system. Other work includes remodeling and upgrading existing building to V-1hr. Existing building is 14,639 sq ft. The building is fully sprinklered for one-hour substitution.
