HILTON GARDEN INN* To install approximately 210 ft. of 8" C-900 PVC from the (United Water) supply, at the property line, on Spectrum, up to the West Portion of this structure. Underground shall be approved carbon ferrous iron entering the fire sprinkler room with 2" clearance. Also from the fire sprinkler room shall be 2 separate FDC and Dry Standpipe lines, pipe to an accessible location for fire apparatus hook-up. Dry Standpipe shall be 6" C-900 PVC and FDC shall be 4" C-900 PVC to the base of the supply connections. These are 4" and 6" galvanized (inside and out) schedule 40, transitioned at the 90 degree fitting below. Approved accessible ball drips shall be installed on both lines with an auxiliary drain tap installed if the ball drips are solid sealed seats. All rods, nuts, etc. shall be applied with approved coating. Flush and hydro-test per NFPA 13-1999 & 24-1995. Depth shall be minimum 4"-6". All work, materials and installation shall be per UFC, BCO, related and adopted NFPA pamphlets, as regulated per the Fire Department. This permit is attached to BLD01-00729 (West Building structure). Installer must be licenced through the State Fire Marshal's Office. *JWA*
