Description
HILTON GARDEN INN * This building consists of 3 sections. Section 1-West (39 units) BLD01-00729, Section 2-Middle (34 units) BLD01-00736 and Section 3-East (64 units) BLD01-00737. Two (2), two hour area separation walls divide this four story hotel into three separate buildings under the Building Code, (no consideration provided under the Fire Code). Section 1 consists of some assembly rooms. Section 2 consists of a restaurant and pool area. An area separation wall at Grid Line 15 is being used as a HORIZONTAL EXIT. Standpipes will be required per UFC Section 1004. All fire sprinkler work is per the plans and attached comment list which shall meet the minimum requirements of NFPA 13-1999, 13R-1999, 72-1999, 14-2000. All as regulated through the UFC, by the Fire Department. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for story increase. Underground fire service line was installed under FIR01-00369. *JWA*
