I called Earl Lasater, Fire Sentry regarding status. Fire Sentry designed the system but Intergrated Systems from SLC installed it, ca. june 2002; FS had nothing to do with the installation but was to be involved for the final inspection. I explained the current situation and gave him names and phone numbers at Stock Components: Will Punkoney ###-#### and Chris Zummerschied ###-####. Earl will contact them to see if they want Fire Sentry to represent them to get this permit re-issued and get it finaled, as required for a C of O.
