The new system will include offsite monitoring of the building sprinkler system (reportedly only Hogi Yogi and Zurchers are sprinklered), a kitchen hood system in Hogi Yogi, and duct detectors for HVAC air handler monitoring in these two tenants only. The building permit (BLD00-02504) is to make interior finish upgrades to cabinetry, counter tops, floor tile, broken ceiling tile, new cooking equipment, relocate office door, remove booths & partial height walls in center portion of seating area providing direct customer access to customer service counter and add new hand sink NW corner area of kitchen per health dept. Basic use areas per original approved plans to remain the same. No increase in occupant load from original approval, 6/95, BLD1056279; C.O.#6277, ISSUED 1/19/00. Framing shall be non-combustible with sheetrock covering.
