He says system was installed almost a year ago but owner wouldn't allow them to call for an inspection; the elevator work has been completed and they will call for an inspection now because he says Jim Storey has issued a Warning Notice to the owner to get the permit finaled or face a power shut off.

Per telcon 9/28/01 with Earl Lasater, Fire Sentry, this may be attached to the wrong permit. The FA application address does not match the BLD permit project address. This project involves replacing the existing FAC panel, which requires a full review of the building alarm requirements and upgrade to meet current code. Earl to verify address/permit number with contractor resubmit a correctly completed application, and building plans showing all necessary alarm devices. No written review done.
