ST LUKES-EAST WING-10TH FLR, PHYSICAL & RESPIRATORY THERAPY - To modify the existing manual and automatic hospital fire alarm system within the TI area. Plans include new pulls, selective area smoke and heat detectors, induct detectors for fire/smoke damper release and strobes. The building permit (BLD 01-00512) is to remodel the existing 6,975 sq. ft. 10th floor of the East Wing for use as Medical Office Treatment & Administration area for Physical & Respiratory Treatment for SLRMC. Work to include interior demolition of non-bearing walls and new construction of non-bearing, non-combustible walls to create a rated exit corridor between two existing stair enclosure's; to create reception, waiting, break, treatment, work and training rooms for the medical office facility; to install new suspended ceiling grid system; and modify electrical, mechanical, plumbing & fire suppression sprinkler system.
