Work is related to include new construction of non-bearing, non-combustible walls to create a rated exit corridor between two existing stair enclosure's; new reception, waiting, break, treatment, work and training rooms for the medical office facility; new suspended ceiling grid system. Work shall be per plans, review comment list, meeting the installation requirements of NFPA 13-1999, required per the UFC, regulated by the Fire Department.
