All connected devices are shown on the riser diagram and all are new. The new alarm system will include a voluntary manual pull stations, sprinkler monitoring, monitoring of duct detectors for HVAC shutdown, and complete a/v annunciation powered by three new NAC power extender panels. The associated building permit (BLD 01-02719) is to expand an existing office tenant space into an adjacent 39,500 square foot area within the same building. After the expansion the entire building (81,000 square feet) will be occupied by a single office tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, a folding partition, suspended ceilings, and finishes.
