Tenant comprised of office, wholesale and control room storage for farmable gas & Oxidizer areas, per plans and attached review comments list on file. Related work is outlined as follows: Construction of one control area that will be separated from the rest of the storage and wholesale areas by one-hour occupancy separation walls and ceiling, with a one-hour fire-resistive door assembly. The wholesale area will maintain below exempt amounts and is considered the second control area. Construction of tenant demising walls, one unisex accessible restroom and one office space. No storage racks over 8'-0" in height are allowed within this tenant space without separate approvals and permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Alterations, modifications additions shall be per NFPA 13-1999, as regulated by the fire department. This fire permit is attached to building permit: BLD01-02603.
