ALBERTSONS DATA CENTER - To install a new fire alarm system in a new building. The alarm system includes a voluntary manual alarm system, supplementary area smoke detection for release of smoke dampers and HVAC airhandler shutdown and release of two pre-action sprinkler systems, duct detectors for Liebert air handler shut down, fire sprinkler system monitoring, complete a/v annunciation, and off site alarm supervision. The associated building permit, BLD 01-02601, is to construct interior tenant improvements within a new 33,176 square foot office and computer data building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, two restrooms accessible to the disabled, a 1-hr corridor, 2-hr walls, 1-hr walls, access floor systems, suspended ceilings, a uni-strut grid suspended from roof joists, and finishes.
