ST LUKES-MEDICAL OFFICE PLAZA-2ND FL., WOMEN'S HEALTH ASSOCIATES - To add a manual pull station, smoke detectors and a/v notification devices within the TI area, connected to the existing fire alarm system. A new NAC panel will be added to power the notification devices. The associated building permit (BLD 01-02415) is to finish interior demolition of East side of this future tenant space; to remodel an approximate 10,687 sq.ft. area at the south end of the 2nd floor for doctor's offices, exam rooms, procedure / treatment rooms, waiting and administrative support areas. Work to include construction of interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls, to create new medical office rooms; to modify double door entry and adjacent wall into the existing rated 1-hour exit corridor; add new rated exit door & frame assembly into the existing 1-hour stair enclosure serving three levels; to add new suspended ceiling grid system, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression & alarm system.
