telcon with Bran Graham indicated "middle level" not in this project and was upgraded 3 years ago under a City permit. No work is to be done on "middle level". The submitted circuit diagram and calcualtions Sheet 1) do include the middle level. Agreed this permit will be issued with the 2nd floor excluded.
