FT. , ONE STORY, TYPE V1HR NURSING HOME BUILDING ADDITION, SEPARATED FROM THE EXISTING STRUCTURE WITH A TWO HOUR AREA SEPARATION WALL. THIS BUILDING MUST BE FULLY FIRE SPRINKLERED FOR AREA. ALL PER RED-LINED NOTES AND ATTACHED PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS AS REGULATED BY FIRE DEPARTMENT, WHICH COMPRISES AND BECOMES A PART OF THE APPROVED PLANS. Site location needs clarified in relation to project. Anti-freeze system incorrectly designed. Clarification of riser test connection required. No inspectors test noted. Need clarification of attic protection with section detail/s. Need piping protection tenting detail for installer/s. Need manufacturer submittals on sprinklers and expansion chamber. One head out of 6, which exceeds spacing pressure density design minimums. Obstructed construction requires clarification of obstruction as outlined in "Cover Sheet". Anti-freeze calculations do not correlate with plan piping.
