The system will provide required offsite sprinkler system monitoring and shall include monitoring of any required air handler unit smoke detectors. The associated building permit (BLD 01-02896) is for WESTERN IMAGE LTD, to remodel a 10400 sq. ft. tenant area that will be used for silk screening shirts, office space, and warehouse storage space per approved plans on file. Work to include, removing existing counter in office area, new carpet flooring, remodel one restroom to create a partially accessible unisex restroom by enlarging area, (future remodels will require full accessible requirements), and electrical work. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered, any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinklers shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
