DEBT REDUCTION SERVICES @ BRC - FREMONT BLDG - To add six duct detectors for HVAC air handler shut down, connected to the existing building fire alarm system for monitoring. The existing fire alarm system was installed under permit FIR01-00266 and includes sprinkler monitoring. The associated building permit (BLD 01-02732) is to construct a 7,892 sq.ft. office tenant at the south end of the building per approved plans on file. Work to include, construction of interior partitions, installation of a suspended ceiling system & lighting, installation of a new sink located in the break room, construction of the new exit access hallway, miscellaneous related interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
