(HASTINGS - TENANT EXPANSION) This work is related to the expansion of an existing 16,000 ft/2 retail sales tenant space into an adjacent 9,900 ft/2 area. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a total floor area of 25,900 ft/2. There is adding, relocating and adjusting fire sprinklers for new interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms, new suspended ceilings. The fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, as regulated by the Fire Chief, which comprises and becomes a part of the approved plans. A fire "Inspection Card" is required as a condition of this permit, to provide witness compliance with adopted codes & ordinances. This fire permit is attached to building permit: BLD01-02863, under the same name. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase.
