TREASURE VALLEY BIBLE CHURCH - To fully fire sprinkler a new 30,522 ft/2, one story, church with classrooms, gym and offices with a wet and dry pipe systems. Building will have a two hour area separation wall, with two types of construction. Gym and sanctuary will be Type II-1hr with remainder being Type V-1hr. Fire sprinklers are used for substitution of one-hour construction. All work is per approved plans and attachments. All fire sprinkler work shall be per red-lined notes, attached plan review comments and conditions list, which comprises and becomes a part of the approved plans, as regulated by fire department. A fire "Inspection Card" is required as a condition of this permit, to provide witness compliance with adopted codes & ordinances. This permit is attached to BLD01-02399. Associated underground supply line fire permit is: FIR01-00624 which was attached to grading permit BLD01-02392. Underground permit must be competed prior to attaching (this permit) overhead to it.

wet system rough-in ok. Only a small section of the attic dry system was inspected. It had multiple problems so no other areas were looked at. Problems included sprinkler heads spaced too close, heads too far from deck, missing earth quake bracing and head overspaced off of a draft stop and installation of sprinklers in the hydraulic calc area not per plan. I left comment for that area to be resubmitted for Bill Alexanders approval
