Work to include, construction of interior partitions to separate retail area from storage area, create dressing rooms (two accessible fitting rooms), to construct one fire-rated corridor egress system & one non-rated exit access, office area, break room, and separate storage lay-away area, installation of suspended ceiling system, installation of draft stops, installation of checkout aisles (one accessible) and one Carpet rack 13 feet high. The storefront canopy will be permitted under a separate permit.
