Work is related to installation of interior partitions to create exam rooms, reception, billing area, break room, a restroom and suspended ceiling system. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. A fire "Inspection Card" is required as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance with the same. This permit is attached to BLD02-00106.
