GLAZED OVER DONUTS - To install a combined fire/burglary alarm panel in an existing, non-sprinklered building. The fire alarm panel will provide offsite alarm signal monitoring of the Type 1 hood fire extinguishing system, HVAC duct smoke detectors, a single smoke detector over the panel, and one manual pull station. The associated building permit (BLD 01-03277) is to remodel a previous fast food restaurant for donut shop maintaining existing drive thru window per approved plans on file. Work to include, installation of a new type-I Hood system maintaining and reusing the existing grease duct shaft, construction of new interior partitions, remodel of both restrooms to make accessible, installation of new kitchen appliances, remodel dinning area with related finishes, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing work will require separate permits.
