(SHELL - NO TENANT) This building is fire sprinklered under the provisions of the 1994 UCBC because it is too tall and too big. To modify the existing shell fire sprinkler system for a 1,070 ft/2 office tenant space on the 5th floor of the Empire Building (Southwest corner). Work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, and new suspended ceilings per drawings and plan review conditions of file.
