IDAHO HOUSING & FINANCE-PARK PLACE BLDG* To tap into an existing 3" fire sprinkler main and install a new Single Interlock Preaction System within an 440 ft/2 computer room. This building is fully fire sprinklered. All fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, the red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list, as enforced by the Fire Chief. A fire "Inspection Card" is required as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance with the same. This permit is not attached to any building permit.

G. No information was provided for electric activation operation of this fire suppression system. Is the detection/releasing/monitoring panel a "Reliable" or another brand. No data provided other than electrical by others? If another brand, it must be listed and compatible. This releasing panel must be connected to an existing alarm panel.
H. The Reliable Supertrol submittal data indicates a "Non-Supervised" System. Page 2 item "B" would indicate a supervised system. Explain how this system verbifies the integrity of this systems piping, and provide data.
