Remote calculations densities do not match design cover sheets with remote test #1, deficient with 3 heads. Others are questioned since the calculations provided are difficult to interpret due to lack of final head analysis (number/identified heads operating, elevation of heads operating, specified head k-factor, minimum operating pressures/flows each).

Micron (Paul Marciolina) GC-Representative and Shilo (Bob Knight and field superintendant) requested meeting to see what the dificulty was concerning plans.

Plans were designed by an outside firm and Shilo indicated they followed the same design under Microns instructions. Shilo indicated that they were told these plans were previously reviewed and approved by me (per Jerry O'Neil)? Micron denied this after a phone call verifying comments made by Shilo. Micron disagreed and said Shilo was not.

I asked for plans that I can read building lines for romm identification boundaries, etc.

Shilo and Micron wanted permission to start prior to appoved plans. I reiterated that a signed letter of compliance would be accepted (with consent to comply with any code violations at there own expense). They aggreed.
