(STEWART TITLE)(PINNACLE SQUARE-SUITE #100) To drop a light hazard, overhead fire sprinkler into a new 1,140 ft/2 expansion to an existing 7,864 ft/2 office tenant, within an existing (vacant/shell - BLD00-02611) building per plans on file. Original tenant permit was: BLD01-01864 and sprinklered under FIR01-00467. This work is related to new one-hour rated tenant demising walls, new interior walls, new suspended ceiling work. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, approved plans, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. An approved and stamped plan, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance to this work. This permit is attached to BLD02-00475.
