The associated building permit (BLD 02-00475) is for a new 1,140 sq. ft. expansion to an existing 7,864 sq. ft. office tenant in existing building per approved plans on file. New total will be 9,004 sq. ft. Expansion is into vacant shell space. Original tenant permit was done under BLD01-01864. Work to include some new one-hour rated tenant demising walls, some new interior walls, some new interior doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling work, new fire sprinkler work, new mechanical, and new electrical work.
