HAVENWOOD SENIOR LIVING * BUILDING #3 * UNDERGROUND * To install approximately 245'-0" of 4" C-900 from the property line, into a new 7,426 ft/2, 14 bed, single story, wood framed, congregate residence, senior assisted living facility fire sprinkler valve control room. This permit is the underground only to approximately 6" above fire sprinkler valve control room floor. The underground fire sprinkler supply shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995, approved plans, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. An approved and stamped plan, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance to the installation and materials. This permit is attached to BLD01-01944.
